hello, my name is BROOKLYN. i am NINETEEN years young and i consider myself an INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED roleplayer. i found this site through AN AD ON A SITE. so, here's an example of my average post:
harlequin looked at the sales woman and then looked at the mirror she was currently standing in front of. it makes me look like a pampered pink poodle. i really don't think it looks good at all. she grumbled, twisting herself around a few times to look at the outfit which this woman had suggested for her. harlequin knew how to dress herself, no doubt about it. and for this woman to suggest that this was a good outfit for her was insane. almost as insane as the prices. all harles had even asked the damn woman was for some advice on casual clothes, since she was always one who wanted a second opinion. since her own opinion didn't seem to do her much good.
no, no! don't think of it that way, think of it as being in style. the sales woman was really not giving it up. harles looked the woman up and down and then checked her name tag. smiling gently she replied, thank you, doris, for your wonderful consideration and opinion on this outfit but i really don't think in any country this would be considered stylish. except maybe japan but japanese people wear anything anyway and can get away with it. and i never asked to wear something stylish. i just asked if that blue striped shirt looked good. gesturing to the one now back on the rack because 'doris' had shot it down immediately with the remark 'it makes you look fat rather like a clown'. so now, if you'll excuse me i'm going to buy that blue striped shirt and be on my way. doris pursed her lips and shrugged walking off to help the next unfortunate customer.
rolling her eyes, harlequin went into the dressing room switching back into her skinny jeans and and leopard print top, going out and leaving the ugly pink outfit on the rejected tries rack and picking up the blue striped shirt. she really didn't know what was so wrong about it, it really fit her fine and she definitely didn't think it made her look fat. even the price was reasonable in such an overpriced clothing store - then again that might've been the reason doris hadn't been so fond of it. but, a sales woman had to do what a sales woman had to do as harlequin thought, sauntering up to the cashier to pay. she glanced over again at this doris woman, who was showing the same exact pink outfit harlequin had just tried on, to a woman who looked much too old to even begin considering it, much less trying it on as she was about to do.
taking her bag she left the boutique with a smile on her face despite her plans for the day going downhill. originally she had decided she needed new clothes as her other clothes were getting a bit old. that had started off well and she found some great jeans but then that boutique and the time the doris sales woman had consumed took a large chunk out of it, and a lot of the motivation to go shopping. that and shopping wasn't exactly something harles considered fun, unless shopping meant going into some place like toys r us and buying all their little new toys. not to say, of course, that she had ever done this.
taking out the blue striped shirt, harlequin frowned as she stopped walking, granting herself a few muttered grumbles from the people behind her who had to quickly swerve out of the way. doris had said it made her look fat. she wasn't fat was she? harlequin looked down at her waist. if anything she had to be underweight. not fat. crinkling her nose she resumed walking, but at a faster pace trying to find a public restroom. seeing one ahead she went in and snagged a stall, changing into the blue shirt quickly and putting her current shirt in the bag. walking out she kept staring down at herself. if she didn't know any better she was sure some people were staring at her because it wasn't everyday you saw a girl like her staring at her shirt she had on.
looking up, harles decided she needed another opinion. going up to a few people she asked, does this shirt make me look fat? the few that she asked just gave her odd glances and walked away quickly. frowning she sighed as she ended up heading into roger william's park. she tried again on a man who just raised an eyebrow and ignored her. people were so odd these days. she looked around for someone else to ask, and found a boy in the grass, excuse me if this is a weird question but does this shirt make me look fat?

, anita was working as a wedding dress designer while eric worked as a professor at a local school
, when sicily was four, anita was supposed to have another daughter, but something went wrong during the birthing process and she was lost. causing much grieving for both parents though sicily didn't quite understand what was happening.
, at five anita started taking ballet lessons which soon enveloped her entire life
, at six she entered a boarding school focused entirely on the arts in massachusetts
, homesickness set in immediately for the small child and by the end of the first month came home, only to be sent back, as both of her parents wanted her to get over it. they also didn't have time for her at home with their busy schedules.
, at the school she finally settled in and learned how to make friends herself, instead of children of her mother's friends who had frequently been invited for a play date while the parents chatted and gossiped.
, eric soon entered into a different business - becoming a director when his long dream was conceived from an old friend.
, the family moved to los angeles, and anita transitioned as a fashion designer in general, seeing the luxuries of a city clawing for new designers.
, sicily switched to a dance academy in the city though very rarely saw her parents, as her father was off doing movies and her mother was off with press, or creating more designs.
, later sicily was accepted to an arts college, and afterwards decided she needed a break, and moved to east hampton to have some fun with her new endless supply of montague cash.
