OVERALL , esme and oliver were both immigrants. hailing from santorini greece the two were brought to boston with their families. esme and oliver were set to be married the moment they were placed in boston, however, esme wasnt ready to get married and start a family so she ran away. oliver, continued living his life. he started college and soon enough ound himself engaged to a beautiful blonde model. as much as he wanted to get over her, oliver knew that he still loved esme. thats why when she burst into the room saying she objected.

a week later, they were married. a month later she was pregnant. nine months and three weeks later, elsie lelano was forced out of her mothers womb and into the world. elsie was a problem the moment she came out of the womb. she was trouble. acting out in daycare, and acting out when her sister was born. elsie was jealous, she wanted attention and when her sister was born she got worse. when she turned six years old her parents started to notice that elsie had chest pains, more frequently then she should. she would go through spells of pain, and ulcers would grow on her legs.

the moment they realized it wasnt just a phase asking for attention, her parents took her to the doctors. diagnosed with sickle cell anemia she was given treatment and now every so often, when she goes into crisis she must go straight to the hospital. it has been rough for elsie. moving out here to east hampton on her own she took the risk. she has already missed a treatment, and put her life in danger. she is living her life to the fullest, having fun and trying to stay healthy. not many people know she is sick, and she tries to keep it quiet.
